TAILOR-MADE TO SUIT YOU

We have 3 guest bedrooms: 2 doubles and a twin, with en-suite or private bathroom. All have comfortable beds, cotton sheets, duvets, ample storage space, flat screen freeview TV, individual bedside lights, full length mirror, hair dryer, chair. Sheets & blankets are available on request. Bathrooms have fluffy white bath sheets and hand towels, good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower/bath gel, assorted amenity items, mirror & shaver/toothbrush points. We have softened water and excellent showers to ensure your comfort.

There are bathrobes, slippers and coloured towels for use at the hot tub. All you need to bring is a swimsuit.

There is a guest lounge between the bedrooms, equipped with drinks facilities, small fridge, walking books and maps, magazines, daily newspaper and books. There is wi-fi so you’re welcome to bring your laptop.

Choose from 3 bedrooms with en-suite or private bathrooms. Guest lounge, hot tub & large garden.

The Green Room

A large bright dual-aspect carpeted room overlooking the back garden. Built-in mirror wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

The Coffee Room

The White Room

A modern room overlooking the balcony and the front garden. It has a wooden floor, a built-in wardrobe and lots of drawer space. There is a private bathroom with bath and shower over.

A bright twin-bedded room overlooking the front and side gardens. It is carpeted and has a pine wardrobe and drawers. There is a private bathroom with bath and shower over.

The Guest Lounge

The guest lounge is a pleasant place to relax after your day's exertions. It contains maps, walking books, photos and our personalised walk instructions as well as books, magazines and newspapers for you to borrow during your stay. We have wi-fi so you may wish to bring your own laptop. If you like to read, you don't even need to bring a book with you. There is bound to be something to your taste from our chosen selection of books which you are welcome to take away with you. You will also find tea and coffee making facilities, fresh fruit and biscuits and a fridge for fresh milk, coffee and cold drinks.

Note re Coffee & White Rooms

We only let out 1 of these 2 rooms at a time due to there being only 1 bathroom between them. However, groups or families are welcome to take both rooms and share the bathroom. A 10% discount is given in this case. 2 friends holidaying together can also take 1 room each and share the bathroom.
