Guest Accommodation
We have 3 guest bedrooms: 2 doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a twin with private bathroom with bath & shower. All have comfortable beds, cotton sheets, duvets, ample storage space, flat screen freeview TV, individual bedside lights, full length mirror, hair dryer, chair. Sheets & blankets are available on request. Bathrooms are equipped with luxurious white bath sheets and hand towels, good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower/bath gel, assorted amenity items, mirror & shaver/toothbrush points. We have softened water and excellent showers to ensure your comfort.
There are bathrobes, slippers and coloured towels available for use at the hot tub. All you need to bring is a swimsuit.
The guest lounge, overlooking the back garden, is on the first floor and is available to all guests. It is equipped with a sofa and chairs, desk, walking books and maps, magazines, daily newspaper and books. There is a computer for guests’ use. We have wi-fi so you’re welcome to bring your laptop if you prefer. Drinks facilities, a small fridge, fresh fruit and biscuits can be found in our new gallery area.

The Green Room This is a large, bright, dual-aspect carpeted room overlooking the back garden. There are built-in mirror wardrobes with a tall chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room. |
The Coffee Room A modern room overlooking the balcony and the front garden. It has a wooden floor, a built-in wardrobe and lots of drawer space. There is a new en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. |
The White Room A bright twin-bedded room overlooking the front and side gardens. It is carpeted and has a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is a private bathroom with bath and shower over. |

The Conservatory Breakfast is usually taken in the conservatory during warmer & lighter months - usually March to October. It overlooks the back garden. Afternoon tea & cake can be served here when guests return from their day out.

The Dining Room During cooler times of year, breakfast is served in the dining room. It is a dual-aspect room with patio doors and overlooks the back garden. |
The Guest Lounge & Gallery Both the guest lounge and the gallery overlook the back garden and contain maps and local information, postcards, hot & cold drinks facilities, fridge, computer, and lots of books and magazines. This is a great place to meet other guests and to relax. There are 2 sofas and a tub chair. |
The Garden
The garden is large and green, lawned, with lots of mature trees and shrubs. There are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden after their day out. The hot tub is just outside the house, in the back garden.
It is a haven for wildlife and we are regularly visited by birds, squirrels, rabbits, pheasants, and deer (although they are rather shyer than the others). Our most recent sighting is of a large hare.
